Mango pulp processing line

This full‑set mango pulp processing line turns fresh mangoes into commercial‑grade mango pulp and puree. The standard workflow includes fruit washing, manual sorting, pulping extraction, fine grinding, vacuum degassing, sterilization and final filling.

The mango pulper integrates peeling, pit removal and pulp extraction in one unit, simplifying the whole process. Users can add or skip fine grinding, mixing tanks according to target pulp texture requirements.

All food‑contact parts adopt SUS304 stainless steel to meet international food hygiene standards. Modular design supports customized capacity from 1‑3 t/h. Different filling devices can match aseptic bags, jars or pouches. Ideal for fruit processing plants, beverage factories and mango processing workshops. 1. Washing & Sorting

Equipment: Air Bubble Washing Machine, Brush Washing Machine, Manual Sorting Belt

• Air Bubble Washing: Commonly used as the main washing method for mango processing lines. Water agitation and air bubbles help remove soil, dust, and surface impurities while providing continuous washing.
• Brush Washing: Can be added as a pre-cleaning stage when mangoes carry heavier or firmly attached dirt. Uses rotating soft brushes and water spraying to remove soil, dust, and dirt from the mango surface.
• Manual Sorting: Operators inspect the fruit and remove rotten, damaged, unripe, or other unsuitable mangoes.

Thewashing equipment can be added or removed according to the raw mango condition, budget, factory space, and processing requirements. 

2. Pulp Extraction & Core and Peel Separation

Equipment: Mango Pulper Machine 

Function:Mango pulper is the core part of this production line. To extract mango pulp while automatically separating peel and pit (core) in a single continuous process. It is available to adjust pulp consistency through the screen configuration.

Advantage: Integrating the main separation functions into one pulper can simplify the processing flow and reduce the need for core-removing and peeling equipment.

We offers two models of pulper machines with a processing capacity from 1 T/H to 3 T/H. Our mango pulper can be supplied standalone or integrated into a complete mango pulp processing line.
